The contracting authority needs two (2) vehicles with bodies, type cupboard. The body must have a full side opening on one side and a lifting arm at the back. The vehicles will be driven on roads with varying accessibility. The contracting authority therefore has extra focus on accessibility, at the same time we are dependent on optimal maximum load for efficient routes in our waste collection management assignment. The contracting authority is in a phase for optimising procurements of vehicles and takes into account costs throughout the lifetime of the vehicle. Service and repair contracts are required for all the requested lines in the price sheet in order to cover the entire lifetime of the vehicle. This is reflected in the procurement's award criteria.

Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
• Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

§ 25-2. Waiting period before the contract is signed.
(1) The contracting authority can enter into a contract after the waiting period has expired at the earliest, this period is determined by the contracting authority. The waiting period shall be at least 10 days calculated from the day after the notification on the chosen tenderer has been sent. If the contracting authority has made an exception from the requirement for using electronic communication, the waiting period shall be a minimum of 15 days.
