Kort beskrivelse:
The offer is intended for persons who need assistance with nutrition, and will consist of a dinner dish and dessert/soup. The dinners must be produced according to the cook/cool principle and packed in 1 portion packages. The dinners are to be delivered to individual persons, and the tenderer must, in some cases, have access to keys for delivery inside at some users of the contract.

Bergen Municipality offers this contract to users based on a decision. The offer is paid for by the user, and the municipality draws attention to the fact that the number of orders can vary. The variation is both because the number of users change, and also because the users themselves decide whether they would like to use the offer. Experience shows that if the users are not happy with the quality and variation of the menu, the ordering system, or delivery, the scope of the contract is reduced. Based on users in previous years, the contracting authority estimates a scope of between 75,000 and 90,000 portions a year.
