Tenderers can submit a tender for both sub-contracts, but can be awarded a maximum of 1 sub-contract (zone).
If a tenderer has submitted a tender for both sub-contracts, and the contracting authority must prioritise between the sub-contracts, the contracts will be awarded in the following order: Zone 1, zone 2. I.e., if a tenderer has submitted the best tender in both zones, the tenderer will be awarded zone 1, whilst zone 2 will be awarded to the next tenderer in the ranking. If a tenderer submits the best tender for both zones, but would like zone 2, this must be specified in the tender, and it will be taken into consideration in the evaluation.
If a tenderer has submitted a tender for both sub-contracts, and the contracting authority must prioritise between the sub-contracts, the contracts will be awarded in the following order: Zone 1, zone 2. I.e., if a tenderer has submitted the best tender in both zones, the tenderer will be awarded zone 1, whilst zone 2 will be awarded to the next tenderer in the ranking. The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the discipline in the framework agreement may be added if needed during the contract period.
The contracting authority also has other continuing contracts for services which, for some assignments, will border or overlap the assignments in this contract. The contracting authority will, in such cases, try to use the contracts in the most appropriate way.
