Bergen Municipality, (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of indoor and outdoor toys.
The contract is divided into two lots:
1. Indoor and outdoor toys
2. Bicycles and carriages
The contracting authority needs a variety of toys and art materials that cover a broad spectrum of children and youths' needs. The products must tolerate the target groups’ anticipated handling and use. The primary users will be nurseries, schools and wraparound care.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for delivery of indoor and outdoor toys with a two year duration, with an option to extend the contract for up to a further two years.
The contracting authority is acting on authority on behalf of the following collaboration partners, who will also act as contracting authorities in accordance with this framework agreement:
Alver Municipality
Askøy Municipality.
Bjørnafjorden Municipality
Kvam herad
Masfjorden Municipality
Modalen Municipality
Osterøy Municipality
Samnanger Municipality
Vaksdal Municipality
Øygarden Municipality
