The assignment includes winter operations such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing and gritting with wheeled loaders on road sections further described in the tender documentation chapter A3 point 1.
The work will be done for a round sum for round sum processes and in accordance with volume and unit prices for unit processes.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the road network including
duty preparedness and, through this, call-out of the contractor for the execution of
contract work.
The builder can, if need, require that the tenderer carries out the assignments described in the contract in
chapter D1 also outside this contract, but limited to area 0901 Setesdal.
The builder can, if required, decide to use efforts in this contract from another contractor in other
contracts in area 0901 Setesdal.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The parties can, if agreed upon, extend the contract period so that it also applies to further 12, 24, or 36 months c.f. chapter C point 2.45.
The builder also has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from and including 1 June in the year it was agreed the contract would expire, (i.e., either at the end of the original contract period, or at the end of the extended contract period in accordance with the previous section), until 31 May the following year.

Legally established company: Tenderers must be a legally established company or consist of a group of contractors who are legally established companies. The requirement also applies to any sub-contractors, c.f. point 4.
SHA system - The tenderer must have a system that shows he works pro-actively to ensure the safety, health and working environment (Norwegian abbreviation: SHA), with relevance to similar work as the work included in this contest.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Relevant experience: The tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from winter maintenance.
Builders' experience: The Norwegian Roads Administration and other builders' experiences with the contractor will be evaluated. The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that he has carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Implementation ability: Relevant experience is also required amongst the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.
