The aim of the contest is to procure IT systems that can contribute to improving the core processes within property management for the entire lifetime of every single building. The procurement will include management, operation, maintenance and development of the buildings by the building contractor. It is essential that these areas of need are covered as seamlessly as possible, where particular emphasis is placed on blurring the transitions in both directions between project implementation on one hand and the ongoing FDV on the other.
