Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: As documentation the Contracting Authority will obtain information on the tenderer's company from Experian (the Contracting Authority subscribes to services from Experian). If the tenderer is registered in a foreign register of business enterprises, the tenderer must, upon request, present documentation that substantiates that the tenderer is registered in a trade index or other register of business enterprises as stated in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have the economic ability to capacity to carry out the assignment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation: The contracting authority will obtain the credit rating Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian). Tenderers must be in risk class 4 or higher on Experian's scale. Tenderers are expected to have familiarised themselves with registered information on the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer's financial situation. If the Contracting Authority is unable to find the credit rating for the company in Experian, or if the credit rating is in discrepancy with the required rating, the Contracting Authority will seek to find the required information in a different way. The Contracting Authority can for example evaluate if the financial ability is satisfactory based on other information available in the Experian system, or request other information that verifies that the tenderer has the required financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: Experience from relevant assignments is required. Documentation of excellent implementation ability is required.
Requirement 2: Tenderers must have an environmental management system which guarantees that the tenderer is able to comply with environmental requirements given in the tender documents and the contractual obligations.
Requirement 3: See requirement 2 and the documentation for requirement 3.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation, requirement 1: On request, the tenderer must present a list of the primary deliveries or services performed in the last three years, and this must as a minimum contain: A brief description of the assignment - Size or value of the deliveries - Date (contract period) - Names and short descriptions of the customers. Contact information for relevant customers from the list must be presented on request.

Documentation, requirement 2: Tenderers must, upon request, present a brief statement, maximum one (1) A4 page. The statement must describe the tenderer's declared environmental goals, status on the environmental work in their company, and planned measures with relevance to this contract. Alternatively, the requirement can be documented as fulfilled by fulfilling the documentation requirements as specified in requirement 3.

Documentation, requirement 3: See requirement 2. As documentation, certificates for relevant environmental certification such as ISO 14001 or EMAS, the Eco-Lighthouse scheme, or other documentation must be presented upon request. Alternatively, the environmental management measures requirement can be fulfilled through the documentation requirement given in requirement 2.
