A system will be procured that can be used to plan and document cleaning work that is carried out and building- and cleaning-related deviations, but which can also help with planning and implementing periodic cleaning, checks, etc. The system must also be able to handle random extraordinary cleaning. The cleaning methods and frequencies, etc., must be able to be described in the system.

Purpose of the procurement

The county is organised with schools, administration locations and cultural institutions as independent entities. The purpose of the procurement of a digital cleaning system is to promote unified cleaning quality at the County's properties.

The value and scope of the contract

The total estimated value of the contract: NOK 6,000,000. The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent services for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must be considered as an estimate and is not binding.

The framework agreement/contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time, to a maximum period of 4 years.
