The aim is to enter into a contract for a day activity offer for persons with dementia at a 'In the courtyard' farm or a farm of equivalent quality. Transport of users to and from the farm will be included in the offer.
The contract duration will be from the agreed start-up in spring 2023 until the end of 2026, with 6 months mutual notice. The contract has an option for an extension for 1+1+1+1 year.
In total the tender must fall within the municipality's budget coverage of NOK 2.45 million. Price offers that exceed this will be rejected.
