These will be two ongoing / time-unlimited service agreements with two providers of spreading materials, including transport to silos / warehouses. Deliveries are mainly based on percentage of filling of the silos.

Agreement 2 / lot 2 includes the delivery of loose shingle masses directly in the tenderer's dry storage;
approx. 3 km from Bærums verk.

The service agreements shall be initiated 1.7.2022 and are indefinite, ongoing agreements with a minimum length of four years, the agreements are then terminable with a 1-year deadline for both parties.

Voluntary to offer Option 1 for both agreements:
provided that this option results in the recycled materials are cheaper than newly produced masses
for those who offer a share of recycled masses.
A minimum proportion of recycled masses is then guaranteed in the contract.
The tenderer can increase the proportion of recycled masses for the actual deliveries.
Recycled masses (percentage of annual deliveries), must also be dry and stored dry. See: Annex 2 Price form, tab 'Med Gjenbruk' where such masses can be offered.
It is permitted to offer reuse of different types of rock masses, for example, loose shingles, blasted rock masses from tunnels / transport developments. The tenderer has the risk / responsibility for the masses not being contaminated, including any permits from the County Governor for such reuse on public roads, including any cleansing process.
