County road 410 New road to Arendal Harbour, Eydehavn

Agder fylkeskommune

New access road between the existing county road 410 and Arendal Harbour, with the accompanying foot and cycle path on part of the stretch. Two new roundabouts, alterations to existing adjoining roads, foot and cycle culvert, and a bridge with a road and foot/cycle path.
Some alterations to the water and sewage and electricity/tele cables will be required in the project.
The concrete bridge is included as part of the contract, but will be executed as a turnkey contract.
The engineering design services are model based, and the follow-up of the project will be via professional models and upgrades to the drawings that exist as offer drawings. Detailed drawings in addition to the tender drawings must be produced by the contractor.

The main disciplines included in the assignment are:

• Terrain work, including blasting and replacing matter in deep bogs.

- Tenderers are required to refer to references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.

- Implementation ability:

The contract must be sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract.

2. Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.

- Health, safety and environment (HSE), and quality.

Tenderers must have a system showing that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works to those included in this contest.
