The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (Norwegian: NVE) wants to carry out a simplified zoning study of danger zones for quick clay in Gjerdrum, Nannestad and Ullensaker municipalities. A total of 98 quick clay zones have been selected for review / assessment.
The assignments included in the two sub-assignments are: Main assignment - A and the associated Independent Quality Assurance (Norwegian: UKS) - B.
The total value for all assignments is estimated to NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT.

The assignments included in the two sub-assignments are: Main assignment - A and the associated Independent Quality Assurance (Norwegian: UKS) - B.
The total value for all assignments is estimated to NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT.
The main assignment includes 3 lots and a final report:
- Lot 1: Initial assessments with proposals for the location of critical sections and drilling plans.
- Lot 2: Basis for publication of a tender notice for investigation of ground conditions.
- Lot 3: Stability calculations and delimitation of detachment and outlet areas.
- Final report: Assessments with updated hazard, consequence and risk assessments as well as a summary of previous lots.
The publication of the tender notice for ground investigations is managed by the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (Norwegian: NVE).
For the independent quality assurance service, the following must be provided:

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
Tax certificate, not older than six months, calculated from the tender deadline.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The accountable company must present reference projects and be able to present documentation of competence and experience from assessments in accordance with the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate's (Norwegian: NVE) guide 1/2019 (formerly 7/2014) and the engineering design of measures in quick clay areas.

Documentation requirement:
Detailed description of the tenderer's 5 most relevant projects in the last three years that have been carried out in accordance with the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate's guide 1/2019 (formerly 7/2014) and possibly which of the offered personnel have carried out the assignments.
