The participating municipalities would like to use this invitation to tender to enter into a framework agreement with one
tenderer.
The objective of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authority’s need for occupational health services. The tenderer shall be a
resource, and an advisory body in relation to health, environment and safety work, and shall contribute to
managers on all levels are safeguarding their HSE responsibilities.
The tenderer shall be a support for the municipality/ies and the Contracting Authority would like a company health service
in which emphasis is put on development and support of the municipality´s systematic HSE work, preventive
work and information, as well as advice and guidance on both an individual and entity level.

Documentation requirement - ESPD.

The ESPD self-declaration form is provisional documentation that the tenderer fulfils the qualification requirements, and that there are no grounds for rejection, and possibly fulfilment of the selection criteria.

Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, employer contributions and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions. Documentation

requirement: The tenderer shall be an approved provider of occupational health services.

Requirement: Experience from similar assignments is required, including experience from deliveries of occupational health services to the public sector.
