About the project:
Bergen Hospital trust will build a proton centre at Haukeland University Hospital. The construction project shall be executed as divided contracts administered by the contracting authority.
The project has a combined gross area of approx. 10,700 m² and has a total of 5 floors. The building consists of a clinic section and a part for the actual proton treatment, this part is known as ‘bunkeren’ [the bunker] due to the large concrete structures it is made of.
In this contest, contract K203 internal construction work will be executed.

Executed/current work

Blasting work and ground work is ongoing at the site. Contract K201 has also started up and this is the ground, steel, and concrete work contract. Contract K202 facade and sealed building has been announced as a separate contest.

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a company register in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and

financial capacity to be able to

fulfil the contractual obligations and

must fulfil the following requirements:

Credit rating from a recognised credit rating institution that is described as 'credit worthy without requirements for security' or better evaluation.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent known accounting figures (2020). The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a

credit rating. Financial strength will be assessed in relation to turnover, operating margin, solidity, and liquidity as regards this procurement and contractual obligations.

If there is doubt about the tenderer fulfilling the requirement, the contracting authority will

be able to require further documentation for the economic and financial capacity.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit rating from a recognised credit rating institution that is described as 'credit worthy without requirements for security' or better evaluation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience to complete the assignment.

The requirement is considered met if the tenderer can demonstrate three reference projects executed in the last five years with the following characteristics:

Tenderers must refer to projects with an equivalent complexity and amount.

The tenderer's contribution to the project had a minimum value of NOK 70 million, excluding VAT.

Tenderers must describe quality measures that ensure the quality of the execution.

Tenderers must describe the environmental measures that help reduce the environmental impact during the execution.

The requirement is considered met if the tenderer can demonstrate three reference projects executed in the last five years with the following characteristics:

Tenderers must refer to projects with an equivalent complexity and amount.
