The contractor would like feedback regarding the establishment of:
- New water treatment building at Tosebygda: Structural work on a new building on three floors
with a floor area of 1100 m², as well as foundation work, local wiring work, HVAC, electricity, solar cell facilities
and responsibility for coordination and the construction site.

The drinking water supply in Indre Østfold municipality must be coordinated, distribution ensured by
ring pipelines and mutual preparedness, and a new, large water treatment plant will be built at
Tosebygda (VBT). In addition, the current groundwater well facility at Sandstangen (GBS) is to be expanded.
The existing facilities at Sandstangen and Tosebygda must remain operational throughout the construction period.
The new water treatment plant (VBT) must have manganese removal via ozonation-biofiltration and be
sized for a maximum water production of 300 l/s, with a large clean water reservoir of 1300 m³ and
with adequate hygienic barriers. Existing water treatment plants must be demolished after the
new plant is put into operation.
Commencement of the contract for EP02-T is expected to take place in February 2023. Ground work can start in
February/March 2023.
As contract provisions, NS 8405 "Norwegian construction and plant contracts" applies, with
corrections such as
