The drinking water supply in Indre Østfold municipality must be coordinated, distribution ensured by
ring pipelines and mutual preparedness, and a new, large water treatment plant will be built at
Tosebygda (VBT). In addition, the current groundwater well facility at Sandstangen (GBS) will be expanded.
The existing facilities at Sandstangen and Tosebygda must remain operational throughout the construction period.
- New well plant at Sandstangen: Building work on distribution house on two floors of
71 m², two well towers on two floors of 7 m² and six well sumps of 7 m², as well as foundation work,
wiring, plumbing, some electrical and coordination responsibility on the construction site.
Contract commencement for EP02-S is expected to take place in February 2023. Foundation and wiring work can
start in February/March 2023.
As the tender documentation, NS 8405 "Norwegian construction and plant contracts" applies, with the
corrections that appear in Part II - Tender documentation, point B.2 Special contract provisions.
