Contract work related to the realisation of CO2 capture consists of several contracts. Contract C3 is planned to start in February/March 2023 and last until May 2024. Other construction work and activities will take place in connection with the design and operation of the factory during this period.
Contract C3 mainly consists of structural steel. There are several steel superstructures to be installed on prepared concrete foundations. In addition there will be the construction of steel bridges. The contract also consists of assembly of cladding and roofing on the superstructures. Some walkways, platforms, stairs and ladders are also within the scope of the contract.

Portions of the contract scope will be performed in parallel with other contractor activities related to the installation of pipes and mechanical equipment. In some areas, most of the equipment will also be installed prior to installation of the steel structures.
