Vestby municipality is constructing a new Cultural centre in the centre of Vestby. The building shall be constructed on the site opposite the City Hall with connection to the new City Hall Park. The building shall be the link between the other buildings and residential areas in the neighbourhood. The Cultural district shall contribute to increased activities in the Vestby centre during days, evenings, weekends, as well as being a driving force for further development. The district should be a meeting place for the inhabitants and a vibrant arena for learning, coping and experiences. The building shall contain a library, a Cultural school, a Great Hall, a flexi hall, a cafe, offices. Gross area 8,000 m2.

Delivery and assembly of fixtures and equipment: 1 May 2023.
The main element in the tender invitation is that a contract is entered into with one supplier for the entire procurement (chapters 1-13) for the delivery and assembly of loose furniture and equipment.
All chapters shall be completely priced.
- Work stations, Ground floor- second floor
- Social zones, meeting rooms, group rooms, etc. Ground - second floor

- Music and cultural school (Including practise rooms)
- Cultural backstage with artists' changing rooms and a green room, first and second floor.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority shall have the possibility for entering parts of the options. This applies particularly to Chapter 13 'opsjon møbler 4. og 5 etasje' where it may be appropriate to only meet the option for furniture on the third floor.
