The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a contest for an agreement for Contract EG1 Ground works for site, roads and water/sewage for Horsøy sewage treatment plant. The work is part of the overall Horsøy and Skarholmen sewage treatment plant construction project.
There are several ongoing major water and sewage projects in Askøy. There has been a lot of construction activity in the municipality in recent years, and work is required to upgrade capacity of the water sources, elevated basin, treatment plant, and not least, the pipeline network. Amongst other things, new pipelines will be laid in connection with an ongoing major road project.
Norconsult is assisting the municipality with builder consultancy for the construction of two sewage treatment plants in southern Askøy at Horsøy and Skarholmen. Horsøy og Skarholmen. Contract EG1 is engineered in detail by Rambøll AS.
