Justification for cancellation The tender documentation stated that the procurement was made on behalf of a group of vocational colleges, and that the participants in the groups, at the time of the notice, assumed that awarded resources from the MARKOM II project could be used for part 1 in the certification programme. It is now apparent that the MARKOM II project cannot support the certification work, and that the vocational colleges in the group must finance this work in addition to ordinary operation. Vestland County, c/o Fagskulen Vestland, has assessed that the participants cannot bear these costs in addition to ordinary operation ,and has therefore decided to cancel the contest, cf. the public procurement regulations § 25-4.
