Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: • Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
• Foreign tenderers: Proof that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, it can be proved by presenting a declaration from a financial institution on surety.

Requirement: The tenderer must have good experience from implementation of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.
A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.
The list/description must, as a minimum, include: The name of the customer/recipient, a description of the tenderer's role, the value of the assignment, the date of delivery, a brief description of the delivery.

Requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient capacity to carry out the contract in a satisfactory manner.
