Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
The following requirements are set for an annual minimum turnover for the area to which the contract applies.
If the requirement is not met, the tenderer will be rejected even if the minimum turnover requirement is met for some lots.
Documentation requirement:
The last approved annual accounts and the auditor´s report.
A tenderer can rely on the financial and economic strength of other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement. This applies regardless of the legal connection between the tenderer and the enterprise/enterprises.
If the tenderer wishes to rely on the financial and economic solidity of other companies, documentation shall be submitted from both the tenderer and the involved companies. Furthermore, the obligation declaration included with the tender documentation must be completed and attached to the tender.

The tenderer must, via documentation from a recognised credit rating agency, substantiate that the tenderer is 'credit worthy without guarantee'. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the documentation by carrying out its own credit rating.

Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract obligations.
The contracting authority will consider the tenderer’s experience with deliveries of products included in the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The tenderer must submit the number of recruitments in the last 5 years in the appendix - 'Svarskjema tekniske og faglige kvalifikasjoner' ['Response form technical and professional qualifications'], to confirm that the tenderer meets qualification requirements 5.3.1 (lot A), 5.3.2 (lot B) and / or 5.3.3 (lot C).
