The City Council of Trondheim municipality and the Board of MiST shall recommend a decision on a conceptual solution and location for a future museum for art and design in Trondheim. This decision shall be based on a concept evaluation report.
As a result of local and regional political decisions from 2006 and 2015, as well as an increasingly urgent need to secure the collections, efforts have been made over several years to assess suitable premises for Trondheim Art Museum and Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum. The current two museum buildings provide limited opportunities to comply with the social mission associated with collection management and dissemination in a sufficient manner, both due to area limitations and due to current actual building technical conditions.

A concept evaluation report (Norwegian: KVU) shall be prepared which shall provide a good basis for recommending a conceptual solution and location for a future museum of art and design in Trondheim. The concept evaluation report (Norwegian: KVU) shall be prepared as a total delivery from the provider and shall mainly be based on requirements described in circular R-108/19.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.
