The contracting authority would like to enter a contract for company health services in accordance with the regulations on organisation, management involvement FOR-2011-12-06-1355, chapter 13 - company health services. The aim of the procurement of a company health service provider is to see to the employer's

statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act, section 3-3, with the accompanying HSE regulations.

The municipalities must be an attractive, including and health promoting workplace. Lavangen and Sørreisa Municipalities have continued their IA work in cooperation with NAV. The company health service provider will be part of the HSE and IA work, with the personnel having

the coordinating responsibility. The company health service provider will be represented in AMU, cf. the Working Environment Act section 7-1 (1), and an active contributor with professional advice and recommendations in AMU's work.

The service must include all of Lavangen and Sørreisa Municipalitities' employees. Lavangen Municipais currently has 107 full time positions, whilst Sørreisa Municipality has 297 full-time positions.
