Sola Municipality has an area of approx. 69 km2 and approx. 27,600 inhabitants. Time Municipality has an area of approx. 182 km2 and approx. 19,400 inhabitants. The procurement concerns the collection of household and household like waste (collection scheme) in Hå, Klepp, Sola, and Time Municipalities. See the annex with the requirements specification for the assignment and the requirements specification for vehicles for further details on the assignment.

Tenders must include all contracting authorities and will be a total delivery. The contracting authority plans to enter into a contract with one tenderer.

The estimated value of the assignment is between NOK 30 million and NOK 40 million a year. The amounts are a guideline and they can be both lower and higher than the estimate, which is non-binding for the contracting authority, and which gives no rights to the tenderer.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract can be extended for one year + one year.

The contracting authority will collect credit rating via Proff Forvalt Credit Information Company www.forvalt.no. The minimum score acceptable is 'satisfactory' within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solvency, cf. Proff Forvalt's ranking and/or minimum B on the probability of bankruptcy analysis. Tenderers are expected to have familiarised themselves with recorded information about the company and on submitting the tender consents that this information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer’s economic situation. Tenderers who have not had accounts in recent years will be rejected unless a pledge is presented for a bank guarantee of such a size that it can be used as security for fulfilment of the contract.
