Coffee agreement for the Meteorological Institute and the Norwegian Environment Agency

The agreement/procurement will promote the proportion of organic beverages, and we would like the tenderer(s) to be committed to ensuring that the companies use a supplier that assumes corporate social responsibility and has an ethically sound production chain, given that the production of coffee and cocoa are areas of risk. The Meteorological Institute has roughly 325 employees at Blindern in Oslo. During the next 4-year period, we will enter into leased premises when Statsbygg begins renovating our offices. We currently do not know when the move will take place, but when it happens, we would like the tenderer of this coffee agreement to move the machines into the new office space. This will be further described in the tender documentation and contract. The Norwegian Environment Agency has roughly 280 employees in Trondheim. Additionally, we would like to put forth an option to be able to deliver to our office in Oslo as well, which has roughly 380 employees. The offices are located at Brattørkaia and Helsfyr, respectively.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Experience: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Experience:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address preferred). It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance

The tenderer's care assessments must include:
One or more publicly available policies, adopted by the board. The content must, as a minimum, include an obligation to comply with the requirements in paragraph 1i of the contract, in their own company and in the supplier chain. One or more employees at the management level will be responsible for compliance and reporting on work pertaining to care assessments to the board The tenderer must have routines for dissemination and regular follow-up of such policy in their own company and in the supplier chain.
