Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: The company's last Annual Financial Report including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit ratings on its own initiative.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from similar deliveries. Equivalent assignments means assignments with many delivery addresses.
Documentation: A short description of the most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the contract´s value, delivery date, number of delivery places and the name of the contracting authority, as well as a description of the content of the assignment.

Requirement: A quality assurance system must be established which ensures that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations regarding environmental regulations (see contract point 6.7). This means that the tenderer must have methods for working actively and systematically on reducing negative environmental impact from the activities related to the implementation of this contract.

Documentation: A description of the tenderer's environment management measures. If a tenderer has certificates from independent bodies that can substantiate an established environmental management system, certificates thereof can be presented as documentation. The contracting authority here refers to the EU scheme EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), other acknowledged environmental management systems stated in the decree (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, such as the Environmental Lighthouse Scheme or equivalent, or other environmental management standards that are based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies, e.g., ISO 14001 or equivalent.

This means that the tenderer has implemented measures and systems that are used in the tenderer's work to ensure respect for basic human and employee rights in his own company and in the supplier chain.

Documentation requirement: A description of the management of the supplier chain. Tenderers must:
Present a copy of the ethical guidelines or equivalent document that, as a minimum, covers an obligation to respect basic human and employee rights in the company and in the supplier chain.
