The assignment consists of the following:

1) Regular cleaning

2) Regular additional services

3) Ordered cleaning

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract period is 3 years. The contracting authority has an unilateral right to activate an option for a contract extension for up to 1 +1 year. Maximum contract period is 5 years including options.

Requirement 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement 2:The tenderer must be registered in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s list of authorised cleaning businesses. Tenderers that are not yet authorised must have submitted an application subject to consideration. If the tenderer is not authorised by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect. Documentation requirement: Copy of the authorisation issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. Tenderers that are not yet authorised can attach a copy of the application/confirmation that an application has been sent. The requirement must be fulfilled by both the tenderer and any collaborating companies.

Requirement 3: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: The requirement must be documented with a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from cleaning assignments of equivalent nature and scope.

Tenderers shall have satisfactory routines for quality assurance for the services that are to be provided.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Requirement 4: The tenderer must have experience from cleaning assignments of an equivalent nature and scope. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments during the last three years. The documentation must contain information about the name of the client, contract value, scope and a brief description of the content of the contract. Tenderers that are newly established and cannot therefore present references, must substantiate that they have the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must give an account of the company formation and employees' competence and experience.

Requirement 5: The tenderer shall have established satisfactory systems for quality assurance of the services to be provided. Documentation requirement: A statement of the tenderer's quality assurance system. If a tenderer is certified by a public certification organ, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of an issued certificate. If the tenderer is not certified, the quality assurance system must be documented, e.g. by attaching a quality control manual, which describes the quality assurance system and how it is implemented in the organisation. The requirement must be fulfilled by both the tenderer and any collaborating companies.
