The elements of regular cleaning and regular additional services are included in the fixed price, cf. Annex 3A - Price Sheet. Cleaning to order will be invoiced separately after an order has been place and the cleaning has been carried out.

The scope of the contract can be changed due to a desire to increase/reduce the scope or cleaning frequency, as well as moving out of existing premises and moving into new premises. An increase in frequency is to be priced on the same basis as for the rest of the building, and a reduction in frequency and scope will incur an equivalent same reduction in price.

Notification of moving in/out of premises will be given minimum 3 months in advance by the contracting authority. Unless the tenderer can document that it will be a significant disadvantage to the tenderer, the tenderer is obliged to accept cleaning in new premises, with the same quality and pricing on the same basis/price model.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments and they must be suitable for carrying out the assignment in a satisfactory way.
Comparable assignments will in this case be, for example, cleaning office premises with more than one hundred office places, cleaning laboratories, etc.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the examples are not exhaustive. Tenderers must describe the 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.
Tenderers must have a quality assurance system relevant to the content of this contract. A description can be submitted of the quality assurance methods or a certificate such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
Tenderers must have a third party environmental management system, such as EMAS, ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse or equivalent.
Tenderers must be registered and approved in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s cleaning register. Tenderers that are not yet authorised must have submitted an application subject to consideration.
