The Brønnøysund Register Centre

The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a service agreement with one provider of security analysis and monitoring services related to IT security, including Security Operation Centre and Security Information and Event Management. The service shall include all necessary hardware and associated software, associated support, and maintenance services as well as other services necessary for providing the service.

Satisfactory economic and financial ability to carry out the contract.
If sub-providers are involved to meet requirements for economic and financial capacity, the same requirements apply as for the main provider.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Approval in relation to The Norwegian National Security Authority's (Norwegian: NSM) quality control system for providers managing ICT incidents.
The tenderer must have an established satisfactory control system for information security.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Certificate of approval issued by the Norwegian National Security Authority's (Norwegian: NSM).
ISO27001 certificate / equivalent or a description of the control system.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Depending on the sub-provider's intended tasks, similar requirements for Certificate of approval issued by the Norwegian National Security Authority's (Norwegian: NSM) as for the main provider may be relevant.
