Tromsø municipality and Karlsøy municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for Carpentry and joinery services. The framework agreement is limited to separate assignments with a value limited upwards to NOK 300,000 excluding VAT.
The estimated value including any options for a 4-year period: NOK 36 million, excluding VAT.
The estimated value including any options for a 4-year period: NOK 43.5 million, excluding VAT.
Agreements will be signed with up to 5 tenderers in a prioritised order.

Justification for cancellation The contracting authority has found a formal error in the tender documentation for carpentry and joinery services, small assignments, where the tender deadline was shorter than the minimum deadline of 30 days, cf. the public procurement regulations, section 20-2. An attempt was made to extend the deadline after the contracting authority had been made aware of the error. This procurement is a part III procurement and above the EEA threshold, which meant that the extension to the tender deadline was not made in time to get it corrected in the TED database. It was therefore not possible to extend the tender deadline. Whilst attempting to extend the tender deadline, information as sent about the extension of the tender deadline, which was later corrected to the original tender deadline still applying. The contracting authority has concluded that due to the minimum deadline not being complied with, and two different messages being sent close to the tender deadline, there could be tenderers that would not be able to submit a tender within the deadline. The tender contest is cancelled pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations, section 25-4. Tromsø Municipality apologises for this error. A new contest for the same service, with the same tender documentation, including the price sheet, will be made available in the coming days. Tenderers that have already submitted a tender for the cancelled contest can therefore submit the same tender again. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that when you submit a tender, you must upload the documents again and fill in the reply boxes in the tender documentation.
