Bergen kommune - Bergen Vann

Bergen municipality, c/o Bergen Water and Sewage agency carries out i.a. the planning and establishment of new Water and Sewage plants in the municipality, as well as maintenance and upgrading of the existing plants. We aim at annual renewal of 1% of the water supply network, 1.2% of the sewage network and the separation of the 2 km joint system. Engineering design of the Water and Sewage plants is carried out primarily by external Water and Sewage consultants. This framework agreement is intended to support BV [Bergen Water Agency] in this work.

Bergen Vann [Bergen Water Agency] shall enter into an agreement with up to five (5) tenderers.
The value of the agreement is approx. NOK 15 million per year (excluding VAT).
The total estimated contract value [over 4 years / including options] is NOK 60 million (excluding VAT).
The maximum contract value for the entire framework agreement period, including options, is NOK 75 million (excluding VAT).
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has an option for extending the contract for further 2 years, to a total maximum of 4 years. The contracting authority can choose to take up the option for 2 years in several stages, e.g. for 1 year at a time.

The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority for up to further 2 years extension, to a maximum of 4 years.
The contracting authority can choose to extend the contract multiple times, for e.g. for one year at a time.
