Kort beskrivelse:
Bergen Vann would like to enter into a framework agreement for the transport of sludge from several sewage treatment installations to a biogas installation. All the installations are localised in Bergen Municipality.
The tenderer will be responsible for the collection (including loading from the silo at the sewage treatment facility to a container), transport, weighing, and unloading to a silo at the biogas facility.
The tenderer will also be responsible for the maintenance, necessary cleaning, and storage of special containers that will be used for the assignment.
Transport of sludge to other reception facilities.
If there is a stoppage at the biogas facility, delivery can be required at another location.
HSE.
The sewage sludge from the facility has not been made hygienic, and will also develop H2S during storage and transport.
Executing personnel are obliged to follow the contracting authority's HSE routines, for example, the use of gas meters (H2S, CO, Oxygen) when loading and unloading the sewage sludge.
All those who work with sewage water must be vaccinated against: Tetanus, Polio, and Hepatitis A (Havrix).
Training
The contracting authority will provide drivers and any passengers with training in loading and unloading the vehicles at all sites and HSE. Training will be provided as agreed and documented by the contracting authority.
Relevant persons must complete training at the contracting authority at least 2 weeks before the start-up of the contract. New persons under the contract must complete the training at least 2 weeks before they carry out work under the contract.
Contract start
The aim is to have a contract start-up date as soon as possible after the contract has been signed.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 9 758 400 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
