Breidablik School, South Building - Main contract construction work
The contest concerns renovation of Breidablik School, South Building - Main contract construction work.
The total value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT, while this contract accounts for approx. NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The project will be divided, in accordance with NS8405, into the following contracts:
- Main contract construction work (this contract)
- Plumbing works
- Ventilation work
- Electrical work
- Lift
- Automation work
The builder reserves the right to cancel all tenders if the project does not fall within approved budgets, political approval, no start-up permit is granted, or if there are other objective reasons for cancelling the competition.
