The Contracting Authority invites tenders to this request for tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Supplier" or "Suppliers"). The goal of this tender is to raise awareness on the challenges presented in the International Declaration on Transnational Organized Crime in the Global Fishing Industry (Copenhagen Declaration) by visualization in different types of media. The final product will be used to raising a wide awareness about the challenges with fisheries crime internationally and contribute to showing how the Blue Justice Initiative and the Copenhagen Declaration contributes to solving the challenges. An important part of the delivery is a high quality movie production on fisheries crime for an international audience of at least 45 minutes.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier must have paid all taxes and VAT in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which it is established.
Documentation: To be provided upon request:
• Norwegian companies: VAT certificate, not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any discrepancies must be explained.
• Foreign companies: A certificate or similar from the authorities of the company's state of establishment if possible.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The supplier must have sufficient capability and experience to be able to carry out the delivery.
Documentation: A description of the supplier’s three most pertinent commissions over the last three years, together with information on the values of the contracts, the time of delivery or implementation, and the name of the recipient.
Relevant commissions would be studies of a similar nature, complexity and/or scope as requested in this tender document and in Appendix 1 to the contract.
The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the description provides documentary proof that the criterion is met.
