Oslo Municipality, Bymiljøetaten (Agency for Urban Environment) wants to procure a Charging Station Management System for municipal charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. It shall be a cloud-based management system that manages all publicly available charging points in the city, (>2000 with about 200 new chargers per annum)
The intention is to enter into a contract for a cloud service that is as 'off-the-shelf' as possible with open standards and protocols, and the least possible tailor-made solutions.
The payment functionality (EMSP) is not included in the scope of service. This will be managed internally in Oslo Municipality Bymiljøetaten.
Public chargers are owned and operated by Oslo municipality. However, they must also be available for private operators through open protocols.
