Trondheim municipality Urban Operations c/o Water and sewage department would hereby like to receive tender offers for a goods and service contract for the operation and maintenance of automated processes at the following plants:
The sewage treatment plants (ARA):
- Ladehammeren treatment facility (LARA)
- Høvringen treatment facility (HØRA)
The water treatment plants (VBA):
- Vikelvdalen water treatment plant (VIVA)
- Benna water treatment plant (BENNA)
- Kolstad pump station
- 12 manholes in connection with the Metrovann water supply between Melhus and Trondheim municipalities.
A more detailed description of the plants will be sent to interested parties upon request, as such plant descriptions will not be made publicly available at the time the tender is announced. Potential tenderers can request plant descriptions via the communication portal here in Mercell. Please sign the attached non-disclosure agreement and upload it in the communication portal as an attachment.

The framework agreement is entered into for 2 years, with option on a further 3 - 72 months The maximum contract period can be 8 years.
The framework agreement can also be used by other entities in Trondheim municipality.
