Assistance for the committee for uniform regulation of the further use of public information (data)

The statutory committee for uniform regulation of the further use of public information (data) was appointed on 6 October 2021. As a starting point, the committee had to submit its report to the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation in the form of a NOU by 15 February 2023 at the latest. The original start-up was estimated to be October 2022, but due to unforeseen condition, the committee has not yet been operative, and the expectation is that the committee will request a postponed submission deadline in line with the delay.
The committee will be supported by a secretariat, and this procurement is for assistance for the role of manager for the committee's secretariat. In general, the content of the assignment will consist of seeing to the organisation of, and progress in the committee's work, including formatting the committee's report in line with the committee's wishes. The assignment will apply from when the contract is signed until 15 February 2023, with an option to extend if the committee requests a postponed submission deadline.

Requirements: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate or a printout from the Unit Register for sole proprietorships not required to register.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. The verification can be submitted in writing or by referring to BRIS.

Requirement: Paid taxes and duties.
Documentation:
A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT.
