The objective of the tender contest is for the Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, Kulturminnefondet ['the Cultural Heritage Fund'] and the Norwegian Biodiversity Information Centre to enter into a contract for services such as vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, safety advice and assistance in safety incidents. Tenderer must, once a year, carry out penetration and safety tests for all 5 agencies in joint ICT operations, in accordance with the assignment description. Start-up shall be in the autumn of 2022 and shall be carried out annually. The provider must on request perform security testing of new services locally and in the cloud system. The provider must also be able to provide security a wide range of consultancy, for example for the organisation of development and production against the cloud, assistance in security incidents, ICT audits, ROS analyses, etc. The agreement period is 2 years with an option for extension for up to 2 years (2+1+1). The Norwegian Environment Agency normally purchases such services for a value of NOK 2,000,000 per annum. The total value of the tender contest is an estimate and does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority. See also the Requirement specifications' in the tender documentation.
