In recent years, the town of Hamar has taken a position as the Innland County capital and a leader in both population and employment development. Lake Mjøsa contributes in making Hamar a unique place. The utilisation of the seafront has a great unused potential and Hamar municipality is now in the process of developing the area.
Hamar municipality is in the process of preparing a comprehensive plan for the area referred to as 'Mjøsfronten' and therefor wishes to engage a team of architects (ARK and LARK) [Architects and Landscape Architects] for further engineering design of the area in the coming years.
