The University of Bergen (Norwegian: UiB) intends to enter into a framework agreement for the work and materials for the maintenance of our outdoor areas in Bergen. The agreement shall contribute to ensuring that the University's outdoor areas are in good condition at all times.
The outdoor areas are important living and recreational areas and green lungs for the people of Bergen. The outdoor areas included in the Agreement must be presented as appealing as possible. Furthermore, the outdoor areas must be cared for in such a way that the biological diversity is taken care of in the best possible manner.
UiB wants to enter into an agreement with a supplier who has the competence, capacity and experience to perform work in all of the University's outdoor areas. We also want the supplier to be able to contribute in developing our outdoor areas for the benefit of the environment and the users of these areas

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from similar assignments.
Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts over the course of the last 5 years. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. A tenderer can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.
