Drammen municipality c/o the Education Agency, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of an alternative learning arena.
The offer shall be a supplementary school program for pupils in the primary school, who for various reasons need an alternative to ordinary teaching for a period or days / parts of the week during the school year.
The contracting authority must be able to enter into an agreement for an alternative training arena for one or more students in the primary and / or the secondary school levels
The number of pupils can vary from year to year and during the school year.

Estimert totalverdi: 8 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with 7 tenderers provided that a sufficient number of valid tenders has been submitted. If the contracting receive tenders from more than 7 qualified tenders, the selection will be made based on the lowest price.

Call offs against the agreement are made after an assessment based on the needs of the individual pupil. If several tenderers can offer the same competence/offer, a mini-competition will be held.
The decision as to whether an assignment will be awarded directly to one tenderer or whether a mini-competition will be held will be made by the contracting authority (each individual school).
The decision will be made based on:
- Distance from home / school to the pupil / the group of pupils. The training arena can not be longer than a maximum of 45 minutes ride per road from the home / the school. The limits are set as a long drive takes too much of the time that shall be used for activities at the alternative training arena.

The contract will have two year duration, with an opportunity to extend for one year + one year. I.e., a maximum duration of four years.
