Parts of the old Sørum Nursing Home are to be altered. The building is situated in the centre of Sørumsand, immediately south of Sørumsand Station. The building has three floors and was constructed in 1962, with later alterations, the latter being in 1982. The measure comprises the alteration of 20 sheltered accommodation flats on levels 2 and 3, some alterations to the entrance area on level 1, as well as option for some technical installations in other parts of the building. A small outside communal area on a north-facing terrace on level 2 is also to be established.
