The objective of the procurement is:

Hire of functional builder's barracks for the project's personnel during the construction period.

The builder’s barracks are temporary during the contract period. The barracks must be located on a defined building plot, address: Sara Hauges vei 1, Cadastral no. 58, Title no. 452 in Harstad municipality. See Annex 1.

Infrastructure such as electricity, data-cable, water and sewage are available on the barracks building plot. It is the supplier's responsibility to carry out further work with the delivered infrastructure up to the barracks' connection points as well as necessary connections thereof.

There are barracks on the same plot today, and removal of the current barracks from the plot must first be carried out by the Tenderer. In the period between the removal of the previous barracks and the assembly of new barracks, furniture and fixtures must be moved, stored and moved back again by the Tenderer.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Tenderers must confirm their fulfilment of this requirement when submitting the tender.

Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority:

Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate

Foreign tenderers: Documentation verifying that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.

Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

If in doubt, the contracting authority can obtain further information from the tenderer.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have experience from assignments of similar nature, and difficulty.

Tenderers must confirm their fulfilment of this requirement when submitting the tender.

Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority:

A list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value/extent/scope, date, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.

A tenderer who is newly established and unable to submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that he has the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.

Newly established tenderer can document that the requirement is met by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their competence in the service of other providers.
