Justification for cancellation Cancellation of contest 210106: Procurement of rail welding and overlay welding. See the tender announced in DOFFIN/TED reference no. 2022/S 007-014635 that was published on 8.1.2022. Spordrift AS has, pursuant to the public procurement regulations, section 25-4, decided to cancel the contest for the procurement of welding services. The reason for the cancellation is that the tender documentation includes significant errors that mean that Spordrift is obliged to cancel the tender contest. The error is that the wrong documents have been included in the tender documentation in TendSign. The documents that have been uploaded in TendSign belong to another procurement. This is a mistake that cannot be corrected without cancelling the tender contest. Spordrift intends to hold a new contest shortly for the same procurement. The contest will be announced in an equivalent way with the correct annexes for the tender documentation.
