The tables shall be able to be used by several surgical disciplines, including Neurosurgery and maxillofacial surgery. They should be able to be used for transillumination of the entire back and up to and including the head / face.

Option for the purchase of 5 additional operating tables in accordance with descriptions given in the tender documentation.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. (Cf. Annex XI to directive 2014/24/EU)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
Tenderers who do not fulfil the requirement, for e.g. companies with a lower rating, newly started companies, individual foreign companies or companies without a reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre
can compensate for this by presenting a satisfactory guarantee from a bank and/or guarantee from a parent company, providing equivalent security for the implementation ability. If a parent company guarantee is given, enclose documentation that the parent company fulfils the qualification requirement.

o The tenderer must document the organisation's technical and professional qualifications. Attach a description of the tenderer's organisation, both the sales and service organisation, including an organisation chart.
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.
