Kort beskrivelse:

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of external inspections the Agency of Urban Environment's playgrounds as well as playgrounds managed by the Alna, Bjerke, Frogner, Nordre Aker, Grorud and Østensjø districts. The contract will cover inspections of a total of approx. 125 playgrounds and locations with training equipment, etc. of which approx. 100 are facilities belonging to the Agency for Urban Environment.

Inspection and control of playground and activity equipment will be carried out in accordance with

NS-EN 1176 and the applicable legislation: "Control of Products and Consumer Services (Product Control Act)", "Regulations relating to the Safety of Playground Equipment" and "Regulations relating to Systematic Health, Environmental and Safety Activities of Enterprises".

An annual main inspection (annual checks) and functional inspections (checks every two months) must be carried out on all playgrounds covered by the agreement. In addition, checks must be carried out for Frognerborgen every

14th day.

The contract also includes consultancy and guidance related to the establishment of new playgrounds and activity facilities, as well as various matters related to existing playgrounds and facilities.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to a further 4 years on the same terms. The option will be triggered automatically through yearly extensions up to four years (1+1+1+1 year options). Upon possible triggering of all options, the contract will have a total duration of 6 years, i.e. from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2028.

• The playground inspector must be certified

• Valid Norwegian certificate to be able to carry out playground inspections in accordance with the applicable legislation.
