Agder County will be responsible for inspection and monitoring of the road network including emergency duty and through this will initiate calling of contractors to carry out the contract work. The builder can, if need, require that the tenderer carries out the assignments described in the contract in
chapter D1 also outside this contract, but limited to area 4203 Sirdal.
The builder can, if required, decide to use efforts in this contract from another contractor in other contracts in area 4203 Sirdal.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The parties can, by mutual agreement, extend the contract for 2 years, so that it is valid until

2028-05-31. Such an extension must be agreed at the latest 6 months prior to the expiry of the contract.

In addition the builder has a unilateral option to extend the contract for 12 months. This

option applies both when the original contract period expires and when

any mutually agreed contract extension expires, as mentioned in the above section. If

the builder would like to extend the contract by using this unilateral option,

written notification must be given to the tenderer at the latest 4 months before the contract expires, whether this is

the original contract period or the mutually agreed extended period.

the safety, health and the working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works as those

included in this tender contest.
