Alver kommune

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for sun shading products with the accompanying services. The contracting authority will, in addition, include the disposal of demolition material and the removal of packaging, as well as safety measures for own personnel and the buildings' users. Electricity for the sun shading equipment will be provided by the contracting authority's respective framework agreement providers. The inspection work must be of good professional quality and carried out in accordance with the current laws, regulations, and standards. The work must be carried out at the agreed quality, time, price, and with good service and orderly.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Certificate (company registration certificate) or confirmation of registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. The turnover in the recent fiscal year must be equivalent to minimum 2* the contract's annual estimated value of NOK 750,000. Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Requirement: Tenderers must have relevant experience from equivalent assignments. Documentation: A list of three relevant assignments carried out by the tenderer in the last 5 years, including information on the customer's name, the scope of the assignment, contract value, and date. Annex 3 must be used for this.
