Solhøy Sheltered accommodation flats shall be in a new building that is currently being constructed.
The building contains sheltered accommodation flats, a day centre, offices for the home care service and a café / culture hall. The sheltered accommodation homes consist of 67 housing units with associated common areas.
The building shall in accordance to plan be delivered on 1 December, 2022
The furniture and fixtures shall be delivered in the autumn of 2022.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
- Company Registration Certificate
2) The company must have its tax and duty payments in order.
- Tax certificate, not older than six months from the tender deadline.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers are required to have the necessary capacity and competence to fulfil the contract.
2) The tenderer must have experience from a minimum of 3 projects of similar scope and complexity in the last 5 years.
3) The company shall have established systems for quality assurance.

1) The tenderer's organisation chart
CVs of offered key personnel,
2) Description of the company's 3 most relevant deliveries
3) Description of the company's routines regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, manufacturing process and continuous analysis and improvement.
